About Kauai

Kauai is an island unlike any other in the world. Known as the Garden Island, it is covered in lush tropical vegetation, breathtaking mountains, and serene beaches. It is the oldest and most northwest of the main Hawaiian islands and remains less developed, with far more natural preserves than populated areas. This sacred energy makes Kauai a place that draws many healers and people seeking spiritual evolution. Anyone who has visited will tell you that this island has a very special feel that is hard to communicate and best experienced firsthand.

From beach lounging to waterfall jumping, deep jungle exploration, and blissful body treatments, there are activites directed outward and inward for all interests and abilities. The calm river waters are great for kayaking and paddleboarding. The warm ocean waters invite you to snorkel over reefs with friendly sea turtles, dolphins, and fish so gentle they'll come up and kiss you (really). If you seek an inward journey, the depth of relaxation and clarity that one can experience on Kauai is infinite.

Organic and biodynamic farms abound on the north shore, and there are farmer's markets on different parts of the island every day of the week with abundant produce, fantastic tropical fruit, local honeys and homemade goods. The farmers and artisans of Kauai take pride in their co-created products and harvests, and the love of their work is palpable. You will experience truly fresh and healing food.
