Yoga and Meditation
The goal of yoga (meaning “yoke” or “union") is to remember who we truly are at the deepest level. The practice of Yoga facilitates the release of physical, mental and emotional barriers, helping us come to know ourselves better.
Raja Yoga sessions include pranayama (breath work), meditation, and asana (physical postures), which emphasize proper alignment of the body, allowing for optimal energy flow.
When practiced consistently with consciousness and a beginner's mind, this sustainable practice will bring balance, flexibility, and strength to the body and mind.
